This graphic shows the four phases of community engagement through the Public Health Assessment Process which include Setting the stage, Getting started, Keeping it going, and Wrapping up. Each phase is represented by a colorful rectangle, which is orange for phase 1, blue-grey for phase 2, yellow for phase 3, and teal for phase 4.
