- National Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Registry
The National ALS Registry is a congressionally mandated registry for persons in the U.S. with ALS. It is the only population-based registry in the U.S. that collects information to help scientists learn more about who gets ALS and its causes. - Rapid Response Registry
The Rapid Response Registry helps local, state, and federal public health and disaster response agencies rapidly establish registries of persons who are exposed or potentially exposed to chemicals or other harmful agents during catastrophic events. - World Trade Center Health Registryexternal icon
