Training objectives

After completing Module 3, you will be able to:

  1. Explain the importance of obtaining relevant information for the PHA.
  2. List steps to gather site information.
  3. Identify facts about the case study known as the Gala Lumber Company (GLC) Site.
  4. List types of data needed to conduct the PHA.
  5. Identify common sources of data for the PHA.
  6. Discuss measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the community.

Public Health professionals involved or interested in the ATSDR PHA process, including:

  • Environmental Health Specialists, Toxicologists, and Epidemiologists
