In this webinar, you will learn about the role of evaluating past, current, and future exposure pathways as part of the ATSDR public health assessment (PHA) process. You will also learn how exposure pathways are categorized based on the presence or absence of the five elements of an exposure pathway. This webinar complements Module 4 – Exposure Pathway Evaluation.

At the conclusion of the Public Health Assessment Webinar: Exposure Pathway Evaluation, you will be able to:

  1. Describe the importance of the exposure pathway evaluation in the PHA process.
  2. Identify the five elements of an exposure pathway.
  3. Identify exposure pathway categories.
  4. Discuss factors to be considered when evaluating elements of an exposure pathway.
  5. Describe ATSDR's team and multidisciplinary approach to conduct the exposure pathway evaluation.
